To Search for an Attendee:
1. You can enter any information in the first field (name, company, email, source code, etc) and filter through the drop down.
2. You can enter information if you know specifically the first name, ID number, email, etc. By putting this information in their corresponding fields, it will make your search results more specific, but it may also make finding the person harder if you have any of the fields wrong.
3. After entering the information, you can click Search or Clear
Advanced Search Options:
1. By clicking on the Advanced Attendee Search Options you will expand more search options.
General Information
Verified Status: Filter if the attendee has checked in or not.
Reg Types: Filter predefined Reg/Show Types
Source Codes: Filter predefined Source Codes
States/ Countries: Filter with attendees address
Onsite/Badge ID: Filter attendees by their badge ID
Product and Sessions
Products/ Sessions: Filter if the attendee registered for products or sessions
Payment Information
Reference #: Search by payment #
Request ID: Search by Request ID
Payment Method: Filter by Payment Method
Payment Status: Filter by Payment Method
Demographic Information: Filter by predefined demographic questions and answers
2. After entering the information, you can click Search or Clear
Search Results:
1. Once you search, you will be shown the Attendees that meet the search criteria
2. There will be a WHITE TAB that shows the number of results
3. You can sort by First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company, Reg Type, Campaign
4. You can select all, or clear selected Attendees
5. With the Selected, you can Print All or Delete All
6. You can also Export the results to Excel by clicking the excel button (
)
Individual Attendees
1. Each Attendee has its own box with its information
Name: First and Last Name of the Attendee
Company: The company the Attendee is registered under
Email: The email the Attendee registered with
Reg Type: The Reg/ Show Type the Attendee is signed up for
Charged: How much the Attendee owes(d). If the ammount is in RED, it means they have not successfully made a payment.
Paid: How much the Attendee Paid
Verified: Yes means they have checked in/ printed their badge.
2. You can do the following to each Attendee Record
View: Shows detailed information and allows you to edit
Copy: Copy the Attendee to create a similar record
Email: Email an existing email template to the Attendee
Choose Email Template: Choose which template you would like to send
Email: Email address you would like the email to go to
Delete: Delete the Attendee Record
Dupe: Mark as a duplicate
Editing an Attendee Record
1. Find the record you wish to edit and click VIEW
General Tab
Name: First and Last Name of the Attendee
Company: The company the Attendee is registered under
Email: The email the Attendee registered with
Address: The address the Attendee registered with
Reg Type: The Reg/ Show Type the Attendee is signed up for
